Refund policy

NAKOOLHEAD CLOTHING / DIAMONDS N DISGUISE CREATIONS offers customs apparel and accessories specifically created for each customer and their desires.  All of our customs pieces requires attention to detail and dedication in order to make your vision become reality. Therefore, we're sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order. Unfortunately, refunds and exchanges  are not accepted on any of our custom pieces or sublimation blanks.

Exception to no refund is to the backpacks ONLY, have a 30 days form receiving product for refund for repair to zipper or hook. To start a return, you can contact us at NAKOOLHEADCLOTHING@GMAIL.COM. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at NAKOOLHEADCLOTHING@GMAIL.COM within 3 (three) days of receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or if it was not created according to our item's listing description please contact us at NAKOOLHEADCLOTHING@GMAIL.COM.  We value you as a customer, and 100% Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Goal.
